Our guarantee is simple and applies to our LLC formation or Incorporation services and most of the products and services we sell directly on our site.* (see * below for certain product exclusions)

We guarantee that your Virginia LLC or corporation filing papers will accurately include the information you have submitted to us and the filing will be formed in compliance with Virginia LLC requirements. If there is ever a deficiency or error, we will correct the situation.

Our fee you pay for our LLC Formation and Incorporation Service is also backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with our LLC formation service, please notify us within 60 days of your formation date and we will refund your service fee.* (this guaranty covers the formation service fee but filing fees paid to the state cannot be refunded and please see below for certain additional products). * We cannot refund any money (filing fees, taxes) that was paid to the State of Virginia.  THE PURCHASE OF ANNUAL REGISTERED AGENT SERVICES, EIN# PREPARATION, AND CUSTOMIZED LLC/CORPORATE RECORD BOOK AND MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Please note that once the State of Virginia processes a legal entity, the organization or incorporation cannot be cancelled or undone.  Any existing business entity requires dissolution to terminate its existence.
