If there is ever a deficiency or error, we will correct the situation. Our fee you pay for our LLC Formation and Incorporation Service is also backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with our LLC formation service, please notify us within 60 days of your formation date and we will refund your service fee.* (this guaranty covers the formation service fee but filing fees paid to the state cannot be refunded and please see below for certain additional products). Please note that once the State of Virginia processes a legal entity, the organization or incorporation cannot be cancelled or undone.  Any existing business entity requires dissolution to terminate its existence.
