delay of a few weeks in Virginia while they process a regular
filing. Expedited filings are processed within 1 business day by
the state and they collect an additional expedite fee for this
timing. We do contact the state regularly to check on the status of all of our filings and you are notified by email once LLC formation is completed with the state.

Electronic and Paper Delivery of Documents
After your LLC is formed, it takes a state another
3-5 days to prepare the certificate and send it to us. Once we received them, we prepare electronic versions of them and send them to you via e-mail. A set of your original documents are mailed to you within 1 business day after we receive them.
This timing will be delayed for a few days if you ordered a
customized LLC Record Book.
